Medieval Festival of Saint-Montan (2024)
On October 5th and 6th, 2024, the castle village of Saint-Montan hosted its annual Medieval Festival. The exceptional site of the 13th-century castle, restored by volunteers since the 1970s, served as the backdrop for a weekend of medieval festivities.
The troupe « Au-Delà du Temps » offered historical and humorous shows mixing combat, educational sketches, and public participation. Visitors could try crossbow shooting and weapon handling. A medieval craft market, craft workshops, and medieval music concerts completed the program.
