The Festival of Chestnut and Sweet Cider animated Sauveterre-de-Rouergue on October 27, 2024. From 10 am, roasted chestnuts filled the bastide with their aroma, accompanied by artisanal sweet cider. The market of local producers and artisans attracted many visitors. The famous breakfast with tripoux kicked off the day, punctuated by brass bands and folk shows.
