Festival of Icelanders 2023
The 2023 edition of the Festival of Icelanders and Newfoundlanders was held on Sunday, July 16, on the port of Paimpol. The day began with the Blessing of the Icelanders, the commemorative mass, and the wreath laying at sea. In the afternoon, the parade of Celtic circles and bagadoù crossed the quays, followed by Breton dance performances and the triumph of the musicians. The day concluded with a lively fest-noz on the port.
