The 30th edition of the Festival Polar de Cognac was held from October 17 to 19, 2025, marking a symbolic anniversary for this unique cultural event in France. Since 1996, the festival has hosted hundreds of authors, directors, and illustrators, helping to make Cognac a capital of crime fiction.
This anniversary edition featured a rich program of literary encounters, film screenings, comic strip exhibitions, debates, and theatrical performances, all with free access. The juries awarded the traditional Grand Prix Cognac, Prix Cognac, and Prix Polar.
