For its 27th edition, Festivallon offered a particularly generous season from July 4th to September 20th, 2025. With 14 groups hosted, 13 participating venues, and 45 free concerts, the festival confirmed its status as an unmissable event of the Avallon summer.
Artists of the 2025 Edition
The 2025 selection highlighted the richness of the regional and national music scene, with a wide variety of styles:
- BRS — A group of musician friends offering their own compositions with blues, rock, and soul influences.
- GAMIN — A band with original and festive sounds.
- Jean-Philippe Apro — A solo artist with multiple musical horizons (concerts on July 28th and August 2nd).
- MimE — French chanson with a rock'n'roll tendency, driven by a Hammond organ, drums, and electric guitar, with poetry that is sometimes funny, sometimes raw.
- Space Alligators — Four musicians driven by the desire to share a positive message through catchy and haunting music.
- ZIKAHI — Singer, musician, and composer inviting listeners on an Afro-Pop & World musical journey, accompanied by Antonin Garnier on percussion.
The Jazz Segment (late August — mid-September)
As every year, Festivallon continued with a jazz program in the bistros: Un Soir de Swing (a gypsy jazz trio around guitarist Youri Félix, at the restaurant Les Cordois Autrement in Avallon), Osm'Oz (September 5th), the Lesly Trio (September 12th in Coutarnoux). The closing event was held at the Marché Couvert d'Avallon on September 20th, featuring Voce Vita and Arawa.
The Fête d'Avallon — August 23rd, 2025
The grand outdoor evening on the Terreaux Vauban brought together several thousand spectators for three concerts: Axel Chevalier (winner of the 2024 Tremplin), TELEPHOMME (tribute to Téléphone) followed by synchronized fireworks, and DEADLINE to close the night.
