Fête de Champignelles 2025
The Fête de Champignelles took place on July 13th and 14th, 2025, enlivening the village of Puisaye-Forterre for the national holiday weekend. The Festival Committee, supported by the town hall and local associations, organized two days of festivities in the village streets.
The evening of July 13th began with the traditional torchlight procession, accompanied by musicians from the local brass band and majorettes, who paraded through the streets before the fireworks display shot from the town hall park. The popular ball then took over with a DJ and dancing until late into the night. On July 14th, a festive meal brought residents together in the village square before the afternoon's entertainment: pétanque competition, inflatable games for children, and artistic demonstrations.
