Fête de Gurgy 2025 - Summer edition along the Yonne
The Fête de Gurgy 2025 was held at the Place de la Rivière, on the banks of the Yonne, around the weekend of July 14th. The Comité des fêtes de Gurgy organized several days of festivities in this unique riverside setting.
Residents of the village and surrounding communes enjoyed concerts by local bands, a torchlight procession through the village streets, and fireworks launched from the banks of the Yonne. The popular dance concluded the evening in a festive and convivial atmosphere, typical of Burgundian village festivals.
Families also benefited from dedicated entertainment throughout the weekend, with wooden games and play areas for the younger ones.
