The 30th edition of the Fête de l'Olivier celebrated its 30th anniversary on Sunday, July 27, 2025, in Bize-Minervois. A festive anniversary to celebrate the king tree of the Mediterranean with a local market, aïoli competition, and tours of L'Oulibo.

30th Fête de l'Olivier 2025 — Anniversary Edition

The 30th edition of the Fête de l'Olivier marked an important anniversary on Sunday, July 27, 2025, in Bize-Minervois. For this special edition, the L'Oulibo cooperative and the village offered an enriched program: a market of regional products, artisanal crafts, an aïoli competition, tastings, guided tours, and musical entertainment throughout the day.
