The 66th edition of the Fête de la Choucroute took place on September 20 and 21, 2025, in Brienne-le-Château. True to its tradition of conviviality, the event brought together gourmets and the curious around champagne sauerkraut, crafts, and the cattle competition. The restaurateurs Guilleminot Traiteur (Rue Jean Jaurès), the Hôtel-restaurant Les Voyageurs (Avenue Pasteur), and the brasserie under the Halle delighted visitors with festive menus.
