Edition 2025 — Fête de la Mer

The Fête de la Mer de Dieppe will take place on June 21 and 22, 2025, on the port quays and in the Pollet district. Two days of maritime festivities with a procession, sea blessing, boat parade, sea shanties, popular ball, and torchlight procession.

Fête de la Mer 2025 - June 21 and 22

The Fête de la Mer 2025 takes over the quays of Dieppe on June 21 and 22. The program opens on Saturday at 5 p.m. with the official inauguration and the parade on the quays with the Boa Brass Band. In the evening, the popular ball livens up the port from 9 p.m., followed by the traditional torchlight procession at 11 p.m.

Sunday is dedicated to maritime traditions: mass, procession with the brotherhoods, parade of decorated boats at noon, and sea shanty concerts on the quays. A festive village is set up on the Carénage quay in the heart of Le Pollet.

  • 9 p.m.: Popular ball with the orchestra Captain Java
  • 11 p.m.: Torchlight procession

  • 12 p.m.: Parade of decorated boats
  • Afternoon: Sea shanties and maritime activities
