On June 21, 2025, La Roche-sur-Yon celebrated the Fête de la Musique with the generosity and enthusiasm that characterize this unmissable event of Yonnaise cultural life each year. From afternoon until the heart of the night, dozens of bands and soloists of all styles enlivened the squares, streets, gardens, and neighborhoods of the Vendée prefecture.

The Place Napoléon played its role as the main stage, hosting several thousand spectators for evening concerts. In the neighborhoods, local musical associations and conservatory students offered local concerts, reaching out to residents in their daily environments. Rock, jazz, classical, French chanson, world music, electro: all styles were represented, illustrating the vitality and diversity of the Yonnaise music scene.

As every year, the total gratuity allowed all Yonnais and city visitors to freely enjoy this collective celebration, without financial constraints. The 2025 Fête de la Musique once again demonstrated that music is the best vehicle for social connection and shared celebration.
