Saint-Bourrou 2025
The Fête de la Saint-Bourrou brought together lovers of the Marcillac vineyard from June 7 to 9, 2025. On Saturday, open doors at the Valady winery kicked off the festivities. Sunday brought visitors together around the traditional market and the tasting of AOP Marcillac wines in the church square, followed by the veal-aligot meal and a concert.
On Monday, the traditional parade of winegrowers crossed the village from La Murette with the Échansonnerie in ceremonial dress. The mass at Notre-Dame de Foncourrieu and the enthronement at Cachefaix marked the high point of the festival.
