On Sunday, September 7, 2025, the village of Treigny (89520) celebrated its Fête de la Saint-Mammès, a traditional popular event in Puisaye-Forterre. Organized by the local festival committee with the support of village associations, this edition brought together residents and visitors in the spirit of Burgundian patronal festivals.

The beautiful Saint-Mammès church of Perreuse—whose Romanesque choir dates back to the 12th century and whose Renaissance nave was rebuilt after the looting during the Wars of Religion—reminded everyone of the deep connection that unites the village to its patron saint.
