27th Fête du Bleu d'Auvergne - 2025 Edition

The 27th edition of the Fête du Bleu d'Auvergne took place on Saturday, August 23rd and Sunday, August 24th, 2025 in Riom-ès-Montagnes. Over 20,000 visitors converged on the town center to celebrate Bleu d'Auvergne AOP cheese in all its forms.

The grand market of local products and crafts, featuring over 100 exhibitors, opened its doors at 10 AM each day. Visitors could witness numerous demonstrations: Bleu d'Auvergne production, Salers cow milking, traditional flour making, artisanal knife assembly, and an exhibition of old agricultural equipment.

The town streets were enlivened by parades of musical and folk groups, while the younger ones enjoyed an 80 m² remote-controlled miniature car circuit. On Saturday evening, a dinner-concert under a marquee kicked off the night festivities, with a concert by the orchestra Stairway (rock standards from the 60s, 70s, and 80s) from 7:30 PM to 10 PM, followed by a musical evening hosted by DJ Obsession from 10 PM to 2 AM.

The gourmet rides on the Gentiane Express allowed visitors to discover the Barajol viaduct while tasting Bleu d'Auvergne, with departures every hour.
