The 23rd edition of the Fête du Cassoulet took place from August 22 to 25, 2024 in the streets of Castelnaudary. Over 50,000 visitors participated in four days of festivities combining grand outdoor cassoulet meals, free concerts on the downtown stages, brass band parades, and a parade of decorated floats. The producers' market brought together the best artisans of the Lauragais for a memorable gourmet celebration.
