The 2025 Fête du Chipiron will be held on Sunday, July 13th, starting at 6:30 PM on Avenue des Mimosas in Hendaye. Hendaye associations will prepare chipirons in various sauces for a popular meal at €15, accompanied by bands, concerts, and toro de fuego.
