36th Méréville Watercress Fair 2025

The 36th Foire au Cresson enlivened Méréville from April 19 to 21, 2025. True to its spring tradition, this edition brought together 45 exhibitors in the castle park and town center streets, offering watercress tastings, a local producers' market, and gastronomic activities.

Visitors could discover or rediscover this exceptional aquatic vegetable through various preparations: soup, velouté, on toast, and composed salads. The guided tour of the Méréville Estate, a jewel of Essonne's heritage, welcomed many curious visitors eager to explore this historic park during the fair.
