Fête du Crottin de Chavignol 2025
The 2025 edition of the Fête du Crottin de Chavignol was held on May 17 in the village of Chavignol, in the heart of the Sancerre vineyards. The festival celebrated the cheese-making heritage of the Sancerrois region with numerous activities.
Crottin producers offered commented tastings, allowing visitors to discover the different aging stages of the cheese and the subtleties of the terroir. The local produce market attracted many visitors eager to discover the gastronomic riches of the Sancerrois. Families enjoyed entertainment and demonstrations throughout the day.
