25th Edition: Fête du Livre Jeunesse 2025

The 25th edition of the Fête du Livre Jeunesse took place from May 19 to 24, 2025 in Manosque and Forcalquier, marking a quarter-century celebration of youth literature in Haute-Provence.

The guest of honor was the writer and poet Carl Norac, a major figure in French-language youth literature. Seven authors and illustrators completed the program: Juliette Barbanègre, Marie Boulier, Clothilde Delcroix, Alain Grousset, Ghislaine Herbéra, Kotimi, and Gaya Wisniewski.

Program

• Monday, May 19: Professional day for librarians, teachers, and cultural mediators.
• Tuesday to Saturday: Meetings with authors and illustrators, creative workshops, exhibitions of original drawings, readings, shows, and activities for families.

This anniversary edition was an opportunity to celebrate twenty-five years of commitment to youth literature in the Haute-Provence region.
