Edition 2025 — Fêtes de Bascons
The Fêtes de Bascons 2025 will take place on Saturday 9th and Sunday 10th August around August 15th. On the program: traditional Landes race in the village arenas, visit of the Landes Race Museum and the Notre-Dame chapel, bands, outdoor meal, and popular dance in the village with two arenas.

Fêtes de Bascons 2025
On August 9th and 10th, 2025, Bascons celebrates its patron saint's festival. The Landes race in the village arenas is the highlight of these festivities, with 'écarteurs' and 'sauteurs' facing Landes cows in the pure Gascon tradition.
The Landes Race Museum is open to the public for guided tours. Bands liven up the village streets, while the outdoor meal brings guests together under the trees. The popular dance concludes the festivities in the evening.
