Fêtes de la Saint-Privat 2025 — Carmaux Celebrates

On August 21, 22, 23, 24, and 30, 2025, Carmaux pulsed to the rhythm of its grand Fêtes de la Saint-Privat. Several days of popular festivities animated the town's streets and squares, attracting thousands of participants and visitors.

The flower parade, the undisputed highlight of the festival, drew crowds along its route through the streets of Carmaux. Decorated floats, musical groups, majorettes, and entertainment followed one another in an atmosphere of general merriment. Concerts set the rhythm for the evenings with popular variety artists, while the bodegas ensured a convivial and festive atmosphere each night.

The funfair with its rides delighted families and children, and the traditional soapbox derby added its touch of lightheartedness and humor to these festivities. The 2025 edition lived up to all expectations, remaining true to the tradition of a popular festival that the people of Carmaux cherish and perpetuate from generation to generation.
