30th Anniversary of the Fête de l'Ail Blanc de Lomagne
On July 20, 2025, Beaumont-de-Lomagne celebrated with great fanfare the 30th anniversary of its Fête de l'Ail Blanc de Lomagne. The 14th-century medieval halls, a historic monument in the heart of the royal bastide, hosted the grand market of IGP white garlic producers under their beautiful wooden beams and brick arches.
On this 30th anniversary, the meal for 1,000 people served outdoors in the central square brought guests together more than ever around the garlic soup (tourin), the emblematic Gascon soup, and the generous duck confit with Sarladaise potatoes. Concerts, brass bands, Occitan entertainment, and costume parades extended the festivities into the evening in an atmosphere of popular jubilation befitting this exceptional anniversary.
