Edition 2025 — Mushroom Festival
The 19th edition of the Eguisheim Mushroom Festival was held on October 25 and 26, 2025. The program included: a mycological exhibition of 100 to 200 species, the 8th Official Alsatian Truffle Market, forest outings, a local produce market, culinary demonstrations, and entertainment in the alleys of the village voted Most Beautiful Village in France.

19th Eguisheim Mushroom Festival
On October 25 and 26, 2025, Eguisheim celebrated the 19th edition of its Mushroom Festival. From 9 am to 6 pm, the village vibrated to the rhythm of mushrooms: the mycological exhibition in the Freudenreich cellar presented over 150 species identified by the mycologists of Haut-Rhin, while the Place du Château hosted the 8th Official Alsatian Truffle Market with certified truffle sales and thematic conferences.
The guided mushroom-hunting outings took participants to discover the mushrooms of the Alsatian forests, and a local producers' market enlivened the village's three squares. The partner restaurants offered their special mushroom menus, paired with wines from the Eguisheim vineyard. Street performances and entertainment marked this free and friendly autumn weekend.

Program for the 19th edition — October 25 and 26, 2025
- Mycological exhibition: Jean-Luc Freudenreich cellar, 32 Grand Rue, from 9 am to 6 pm. 100 to 200 species identified daily.
- Guided mushroom-hunting outings: departures at 9:30 am and 2:30 pm (20 participants max, free registration at the tourist office)
- Official Alsatian Truffle Market: Place du Château, sale of certified truffles and prize draw
- Conferences "Truffles on the Plate": at 11 am, Freudenreich cellar
- Local produce market: local producers and artisans in the village's three squares
- Exhibition of artistic photographs
- Street entertainment and music
- Mushroom menus in partner restaurants
