National Holiday 2025 in Arpajon

On July 13th and 14th, 2025, Arpajon celebrated the National Holiday with its traditional and solemn program.

On the evening of July 13th, the Arpajon Musical Society opened the festivities at 10 PM with a concert in the Town Hall courtyard. At 10:15 PM, the torchlight procession set off from the corner of Rue Herriot and Avenue de Verdun, winding through the historic streets of Arpajon's center in a luminous and solemn procession. The fireworks then lit up the sky from the Marcel Duhamel parking lot.

On July 14th, the official ceremony was held at 11 AM in the Town Hall courtyard, in the presence of the Prefect of Essonne, Jean-Benoît Albertini. The seniors' banquet brought together the seniors at Espace Concorde at 12:30 PM.
