Edition 2024 — Foire à l'Andouille
The Foire à l'Andouille de Jargeau was held on Sunday, June 9, 2024, at the Halle de Jargeau, Place Gambetta. Organized by the Confrérie des Chevaliers du Goûte-Andouille in partnership with the Municipality, this edition brought together producers, charcutiers, and gourmets around the Jargeau andouille and local products from the Loiret region.

Foire à l'Andouille 2024
On Sunday, June 9, 2024, the Halle de Jargeau hosted another edition of the Foire à l'Andouille, the unmissable gastronomic event of the Loiret town.
From 10 am to 6 pm, visitors could discover the stands of producers and charcutiers, taste the Jargeau andouille in all its forms, and savor local products from the Loire Valley. The winners of the international competition for the best andouille, organized in March by the Brotherhood, were honored during the official award ceremony.
On-site catering allowed visitors to share a convivial meal centered around the local specialty, in the festive and warm atmosphere that characterizes this traditional fair.

- Producers' Market: Stands of charcutiers, andouille producers, and local artisans
- Tastings: Grilled, pan-fried, and brioche Jargeau andouille
- Award Ceremony: Official award ceremony for the international competition for the best andouille
- Inductions: Induction of new Knights of the Goûte-Andouille
- Catering: On-site meals and regional gastronomy stands
- Local Products: Wines from Orléanais, Gâtinais honey, cheeses, local specialties
