The Foire à l'Andouille de Jargeau took place on Sunday, June 8, 2025, at the Halle de Jargeau, Place Gambetta. True to its tradition, this edition allowed visitors to taste the Jargeau andouille and discover gastronomic products from the Loire Valley, under the auspices of the Confrérie des Chevaliers du Goûte-Andouille.

Foire à l'Andouille 2025
The Foire à l'Andouille de Jargeau kept its gourmet promise on Sunday, June 8, 2025, taking over the Halle de Jargeau and Place Gambetta for a day dedicated to conviviality and local flavors.
The Confrérie des Chevaliers du Goûte-Andouille and the Municipality of Jargeau once again joined forces to offer a rich program: a market of producers and charcutiers, tastings of traditional andouille, a solemn award ceremony for the international competition, and the induction of new Knights.
The regional gastronomy stands complemented the offerings with local products from the Loiret region: wines from Orléanais, cheeses, Gâtinais honey, and other local specialties.
