On Saturday, February 22, 2025, Saint-Léger-Vauban held its traditional Agricultural Fair, an annual gathering of breeders and farmers from the Avallonnais region around the Burgundian peasant world.

Registered Charolais cattle, horses, sheep, and goats were presented to the jury in a warm and competitive atmosphere. The midday meal under a heated marquee brought together breeders, elected officials, and visitors to share local specialties. The evening was crowned with fireworks and a dancing night, true to the festive tradition of this rural fair that has been part of the Yonne's calendar for over sixty years.
