Edition 2025 — Foire Tatin Fair
The 28th edition of the Foire au Pays de la Tarte Tatin was held on September 13 and 14, 2025, in Lamotte-Beuvron. The amateur competition on Saturday and the world competition on Sunday, presided over by chef Christophe Hay, brought together passionate pastry chefs around the famous upside-down tart. Artisans, regional producers, and family entertainment completed this gourmet weekend.

The 28th Foire au Pays de la Tarte Tatin took place on September 13 and 14, 2025, on the esplanade des Sœurs Tatin and around the Bassin du Canal in Lamotte-Beuvron.
Tarte Tatin Competition
On Saturday morning, the amateur competition brought together dozens of participants who came to try their luck with their family recipe. On Sunday, the world competition for the best Tarte Tatin, presided over by chef Christophe Hay, decided between four professional pastry chefs in front of a prestigious jury.
Stands and Entertainment
Dozens of artisans and regional producers offered their specialties throughout the weekend, accompanied by fairground entertainment and pony rides for children.
