59th Edition - February 2025
The Foire aux Andouilles du Val-d'Ajol celebrated its 59th edition from February 15th to 17th, 2025. Saturday was dedicated to the brotherhoods' day with the induction chapter and the gourmet market under a marquee. On Sunday, the carnival parade animated the village streets, accompanied by the competition for the best andouille pie and the regional book fair. Monday, the traditional day of the fair, saw the grand street market take over the entire village.
