The 2025 edition of the Foire aux Harengs de Louviers continued the autumn tradition with a producers' market, herring tastings in all its forms, and festive entertainment for all ages.
Foire aux Harengs 2025
In November 2025, the Foire aux Harengs de Louviers welcomed thousands of visitors who came to celebrate this Norman gastronomic tradition. The producers' market offered a wide selection of smoked, grilled, and marinated herring, as well as regional specialties from Eure.
Entertainment punctuated the day: gastronomic competition, traditional smoking demonstrations, workshops for children, and street performances. The warm and friendly atmosphere once again made this fair a highlight of autumn in Louviers.
