Edition 2025 — Foire Saint-Maurice
The 2025 edition of the Foire de la Saint-Maurice was held on Saturday, September 27th in Thônes. Due to regulations on lumpy skin disease, no animals were presented this year, but the Reblochon cheese competition, the producers' market, woodcutting demonstrations, motorcycle trials, and the funfair maintained the tradition.

Foire de la Saint-Maurice 2025
The Foire de la Saint-Maurice 2025 took place on Saturday, September 27th in downtown Thônes, starting at 8:00 AM. This edition was marked by the exceptional absence of animals, due to health regulations related to lumpy skin disease. In solidarity with the agricultural world affected by this crisis, the organizers maintained the event while adapting the program.
The traditional Reblochon cheese competition, stalls of local producers and artisans offering cheeses, cured meats, jewelry, clothing, and handmade creations were maintained. Three demonstrations of sport woodcutting punctuated the day. The motorcycle trial area, the flea market, and the funfair completed the program. The Cœur des Vallées space served its famous pot-au-feu, while the village restaurants offered special Savoyard menus.
Free shuttles ran from 9:00 AM to 6:30 PM between the Perrasses parking lot and the town center.
