58th edition of the Gargilesse Summer Festival celebrating the 150th anniversary of Maurice Ravel's birth. Concerts of classical music, Italian Renaissance, Sephardic and world music, featuring triple harp, Celtic harp, and chamber ensembles.
2025 Edition: Ravel and Europe in Music
The 58th edition of the Gargilesse Summer Festival took place from August 10 to 24, 2025, notably celebrating the 150th anniversary of Maurice Ravel's birth and continuing its journey through Europe and the Italian Renaissance.
Highlights include: the traditional dance with the Quartet Un Jour Encore at La Chaumerette (August 10), the Ensemble CAROUSEL paying tribute to Ravel (August 16), the Ensemble AGAMEMNON with triple harp for the Italian Renaissance (August 17), the Duo Racines and its Sephardic melodies (August 21), and the Trio ZERLINE with flute, alto, and harp performing Fauré, Debussy, Dubois, and Bonis (August 22).
