14th Edition — March 29 to April 13, 2025
The 14th edition of the Handiversité Festival took place from March 29 to April 13, 2025, throughout the territory of the Communauté de Communes Estuaire et Sillon. For over two weeks, a rich program of activities was offered in the media libraries, cinemas, leisure centers, sports facilities, and educational institutions of the territory.
Highlight Event at the Campbon Sports Complex
The highlight of this edition took place on Saturday, April 5, at the Campbon sports complex (Avenue des Sports, 44750 Campbon), from 9:30 AM to 7:30 PM. This free "Day for All," open to everyone, offered an exceptional program:
- 9:30 AM: Adapted family hike of approximately 7 km
- 1 PM to 6 PM: Sports and sensory activities — sensory area, rugby league XIII, wheelchair basketball, motor skills course, games in the dark, adapted climbing
- 6 PM to 7:30 PM: Mini-concert by the group "Voix sans bouches"
A Blindfolded Meal
Among the memorable experiences of this edition, the "blindfolded meal" allowed participants to experience visual impairment for the duration of lunch, a powerful and convivial simulation that perfectly illustrates the spirit of the festival.
Activities Throughout the Territory
Before and during the highlight event, numerous activities were offered in the communes of the territory: screenings and film debates in cinemas, exhibitions and readings in media libraries, awareness workshops in leisure centers, educational interventions in schools, and adapted sports initiations in sports facilities.
