The 8th edition of the Imperial Chocolate & Gastronomy Fair will be held from November 28 to 30, 2025, at the Château de Fontainebleau. Chocolatiers, demonstrations, tastings, and a gastronomic market in the Galerie des Cerfs, Salle des Colonnes, and Cour Ovale.
Imperial Chocolate Fair 2025 — 8th Edition
The 8th edition of the Imperial Chocolate & Gastronomy Fair will take place from November 28 to 30, 2025, at the Château de Fontainebleau. On Friday the 28th, a preview will be offered from 4 PM to 9 PM at the special price of €6. On the weekend, visitors will discover chocolatiers, demonstrations, chocolate sculptures, sensory workshops, and a gastronomic market in the prestigious spaces of the castle.
