The European Heritage Days 2024 took place on September 21st and 22nd in Indre-et-Loire. Hundreds of sites — castles, abbeys, private residences, public buildings, and workshops — opened their doors to the public for guided tours, exhibitions, and activities. The prefecture of Indre-et-Loire notably welcomed visitors for a tour of its historic salons.
