Edition 2025 — Journées Photo Val d'Ocre

The 7th edition of the Journées Photographiques du Val d'Ocre took place from September 27 to October 5, 2025, featuring 10 exhibitions, including a special “10 years of L'Oiseau à Ressorts” exhibition showcasing 27 photographers, 4 workshops (film, cyanotype, photography and genealogy, large-format camera), and 3 encounters with renowned photographers such as Denis Darzacq and Pierre-Olivier Deschamps. The festival also extended off-site in collaboration with the Sounya Art Gallery.

7th Edition — Autumn 2025

For its seventh edition, the Journées Photographiques du Val d'Ocre celebrated the 10th anniversary of the association L'Oiseau à Ressorts with a particularly ambitious program. From September 27 to October 5, 2025, Atelier 19b and its partner venues hosted a rich and varied program.

Exhibitions

Ten exhibitions were presented, including a special “10 Years” exhibition featuring 27 photographers who have participated in the festival since its inception, a living testament to a decade of photographic encounters in Val d'Ocre. The festival also extended off-site, in collaboration with the Sounya Art Gallery during their photography week — two exhibitions outside the main venue.

Encounters and Screenings

  • Denis Darzacq — projection-conference on his work
  • Philippe Dollo and William Guidarini — projection-conference on their current projects
  • Pierre-Olivier Deschamps — presentation of his documentary work on the Grand Paris Express construction site

Workshops

Four workshops open to adults and teenagers:

  • Film photography (development and printing in a darkroom)
  • Cyanotype
  • Photography and genealogy
  • Large-format camera (camera obscura technique)
