The third edition of the L'Embrayage festival took place on July 1 and 2, 2022, at Parc des Longues Allées, marking the festival's return after a three-year absence due to the health crisis. Around forty performances for all audiences were offered for free, including dance, poetry, performances, music, and participatory installations.
3rd Edition — July 1 and 2, 2022
After a three-year hiatus due to the health crisis, L'Embrayage made its grand return on July 1 and 2, 2022. This third edition featured about forty performances for all audiences, mixing dance, poetry, performances, music, and artistic installations in the green setting of Parc des Longues Allées.
Among the highlights was the participatory installation Jardin de papier (Paper Garden) by artist Andy Kraft, an intergenerational origami project involving residents of all ages, which particularly left a mark. The festival reaffirmed its identity as a cultural event co-created with the associations and citizens of Saint-Jean-de-Braye.
