Edition 2025 — Mégavalanche
The 2025 edition of La Mégavalanche was held from June 30 to July 6, 2025, in Alpe d'Huez. Up to 1,500 riders launched from the summit of Pic Blanc at 3,330 meters altitude to descend 2,600 meters of elevation change to Allemond, in a spectacular mass-start format mixing snow, scree, and forest trails.

Mégavalanche 2025
The 2025 edition of La Mégavalanche took place from June 30 to July 6, 2025, in Alpe d'Huez. The 1,500 registered participants started from Pic Blanc at 3,330 meters altitude for a descent of over 20 km and 2,600 meters of negative elevation change to the Allemond valley.
The event also included Mega Kids for young riders aged 7 to 16, the e-Megavalanche for electric-assist mountain bikes, as well as qualifications and pre-races spread throughout the week. Concerts and festive activities punctuated the event.
