First edition: birth of a festival
On July 5, 2024, the port of Gruissan hosted the very first edition of the L'Effet Mer Festival. Visitors enjoyed inflatable courses on the water, electric boat treasure hunts, and nautical challenges before gathering in the evening for an open-air concert facing the sea. This first edition laid the foundation for a family-friendly and festive event, rooted in the maritime identity of Gruissan.
