Les Celtiques de Guérande

2024 Edition — August 9 to 11

The 2024 edition of Les Celtiques de Guérande took place from Friday, August 9 to Sunday, August 11 in the walled city of Guérande. The program offered three days of celebration centered around Breton and Celtic culture.

On Friday evening, festival-goers enjoyed a free concert by Bagad et Bagadig starting at 6 PM, followed at 8:30 PM by a concert by Soig Sibéril and Alain Pennec, two prominent figures in Breton Celtic guitar and music.

On Saturday, free introductions to Breton dances were offered starting at 5:30 PM, followed by an apéro-concert at 6:30 PM and a grand fest-noz starting at 7:30 PM.

Sunday began with a singing walk at 9:30 AM, followed by an aperitif concert at 11:30 AM. In the afternoon, the grand parade of bagadoù and Celtic circles traversed the walled city before the stages on Boulevard du Nord hosted concerts and entertainment until the end of the day.
