Edition 2025 — Les Escales
The 20th edition of Les Escales Brivadoises, themed "Gourmandises" (Delicacies), took place from June 6th to 9th, 2025 (Pentecost weekend) between Brioude, Blesle, and Lamothe. For this anniversary, the festival brought together music and gastronomy by inviting artists who have marked its history alongside pastry chefs, cooks, and oenologists. The music academy complemented the season from July 10th to 18th at the Visitation.
20th Edition - "Gourmandises" - June 6th to 9th, 2025
For its 20th anniversary, the Les Escales Brivadoises festival chose the theme "Gourmandises" (Delicacies), celebrating the union of music and gastronomy. Four days of festivities animated the Brivadois region, from Blesle to Brioude via Lamothe, in a spirit of celebration and sharing.
The originality of this edition lay in the presence, on stage alongside the musicians, of pastry chefs, cooks, and oenologists for each performance, uniting culinary delights and music. The association's president, Dominique Dubray, a renowned chef from Auvergne, was the natural inspiration for this flavorful theme.
