Les Glorieuses de Bresse 2025 in Bourg-en-Bresse
On Friday, December 12, 2025, Bourg-en-Bresse hosted the 101st edition under the covered market. Breeders presented their finest poultry — capons, fattened hens, turkeys and chickens — wrapped in white linen.
The festive gourmet market opened on Thursday, December 11 from 4:30 PM to 9 PM, continuing Friday 10 AM–5 PM. The official visit at 2 PM was followed by the prize ceremony with the Grand Capon Prize and the Sèvres Vase from the Presidency.
