2024 edition of Les Journées Médiévales de La Couronne, on September 7th and 8th, 2024 at the Notre-Dame Abbey. The festival offered equestrian jousts, armored combat, a medieval camp, a market with about thirty artisans, workshops for children, and a banquet-show on Saturday evening.
2024 Edition: A Weekend of Medieval Immersion
The 2024 edition of Les Journées Médiévales de La Couronne took place on September 7th and 8th, 2024 at the Notre-Dame Abbey. Visitors could witness equestrian jousts, armored combat, and visit an animated medieval camp. A craft market featuring about thirty regional artisans — blacksmiths, leatherworkers, cabinetmakers, jewelers — occupied the heart of the abbey. Children's workshops (games, archery, illumination) and a banquet-show on Saturday evening completed the program.
