20th Edition: Twenty Years of Traditional Music
The Les Nuits Basaltiques festival celebrated its 20th anniversary on June 6 and 7, 2025, marking two decades of promoting traditional music and dances in Haute-Loire. This jubilee edition brought together musicians, dancers, and enthusiasts for a festive weekend of concerts, traditional dances, workshops, and moments of sharing.
The opening evening on Friday, with pay-what-you-want entry, offered an aperitif concert starting at 5 PM, a local meal prepared with local products, an introduction to traditional dances, and a grand opening ball. Saturday featured daytime workshops followed by an evening of concerts and a ball to conclude this anniversary edition in a friendly and danceable atmosphere.
