2024 Edition — Regards de femmes (Women's Gaze)

The 4th edition of the 6x6 photographic trail took place from June 28 to August 25, 2024, under the theme "Regards de femmes", a celebration of female photography highlighting "a feminine way of seeing the world".

Seven Photographers, a Century of Gazes

The exhibition featured works by seven photographers: Dolorès Marat (series "Murmure" in Le Chambon-sur-Lignon), Cha Caillat (Saint-Jeures), Jenny de Vasson (botanical garden of Le Mazet-Saint-Voy), Alexandra Boulat, Françoise Nuñez (La Boîte à Soleils bookstore in Tence), Françoise Fournier ("Sur la tête de ma mère", square of Le Mas-de-Tence), and Chantal Vey (garden of Espace d'Art Contemporain des Roches in Chenereilles, off-program). The trail offered a journey that was temporal, geographical, and dreamlike through 140 photographs.

Vernissage and Events

The inaugural vernissage was held on Friday, June 28, at 7 PM at 24 rue Neuve in Le Chambon-sur-Lignon. About fifteen free events punctuated the summer: guided tours of the exhibitions with the artists, film screenings, writing workshops, and readings. The nine months of preparation involved 13 partners (artistic and logistical), requiring 2,000 kilometers of artwork transport and 6 days of installation.
