The 2nd edition of Les Rendez-vous du Comté was held from April 10th to 13th, 2025, at the Maison du Comté in Poligny and on farms in Jura, Doubs, and Ain. Demonstrations, tastings, cellar visits, and workshops marked these four days dedicated to Comté AOP.
