Vinées Tonnerroises 2025 – 32nd Edition

The 32nd edition of Les Vinées Tonnerroises took place on April 19 and 20, 2025, during the Easter weekend, in the majestic setting of the Hôtel-Dieu Notre-Dame des Fontenilles, Place Marguerite de Bourgogne in Tonnerre. This 13th-century medieval monument, the longest medieval hospital in Europe, once again hosted the gathering of Burgundy wine lovers in an atmosphere that was both festive and heritage-focused.

Over thirty winemakers – from the Bourgogne Tonnerre, Bourgogne Épineuil, Chablis, Irancy, Saint-Bris-le-Vineux appellations, and other Burgundian terroirs – offered their tastings over two days, from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. Alongside the winemakers, thirteen local producers (cheeses, charcuterie, spirits) and nine artisan creators enriched the fair's offerings.

Highlights of the 2025 Edition

• Oenological Hike (5 km): Several departures on Saturday at 2 p.m. and Sunday at 10 a.m. and 2:30 p.m., to explore the Tonnerrois vineyards between tastings.
• First Charity Auction of Hospices de Tonnerre Wines: A first for the Centre Hospitalier du Tonnerrois, this auction raised funds for the restoration of the Hôtel-Dieu, in the spirit of the famous auctions of Beaune and Nuits-Saint-Georges.
• Guided Tour "Legends of Tonnerre and Fosse Dionne" departing from the fair, Saturday and Sunday at 4 p.m.
• Cooperage demonstrations, tasting workshops, and street performances throughout the weekend.

The event attracted around 3,000 visitors and confirmed its status as an essential date in the Yonne wine calendar. The 2025 edition also highlighted the 2024 vintage of Tonnerrois, particularly appreciated by tasters for its aromatic freshness.
