10th Edition — The Grape Harvests of Crime Fiction Celebrate Ten Years

The third weekend of September 2025 marked a symbolic milestone for the Lisle Noir Festival: the 10th Vendanges du Polar. For this anniversary, the Lisle Noir association pulled out all the stops, crafting an exceptional international program.

Around thirty authors gathered on the Place Paul-Saissac and in the medieval streets of Lisle-sur-Tarn, representing France, Spain, Belgium, and Switzerland. Among the distinguished guests were Jean-Luc Bizien, Cédric Sire, Mireille Calmel, and the essential Spaniard Víctor Del Árbol. Book signing sessions, round tables, and literary cafés followed one another in a warm atmosphere, true to the festival's spirit.

This anniversary edition confirmed the festival's vitality, building on the over 9,000 visitors welcomed during the 9th edition in 2024. The Gaillac wine tastings once again wove the delicious link between noir literature and the Occitan terroir, reminding us of what makes Les Vendanges du Polar unique in France.
