33rd Edition: Les Dernières Amazones and the Origin of the Flame
The 33rd edition of the Medieval Festival of Monflanquin took place on August 15th and 16th, 2025, immersing the bastide in a legendary atmosphere populated by knights, mythical creatures, and dragons.
The program included a knight tournament "The Knight's Honor" by the company Drakonia, as well as a grand fire show "Genèse" by the company Les Dernières Amazones, presented on Friday, August 15th at 10:30 PM. The medieval market, permanent street entertainment, introduction workshops for stone carving and calligraphy, the medieval tavern, and the closing banquet completed this festive weekend.
