The 11th edition of the Medieval Festival of Montby Castle was held on July 6 and 7, 2024, in Gondenans-Montby. Visitors could discover medieval reenactments, knight combats, artisan crafts, and activities for the whole family in the setting of the castle ruins.
Montby Castle Medieval Festival 2024 — 11th Edition
On July 6 and 7, 2024, Montby Castle hosted the 11th medieval festival. Hundreds of visitors filled the site for a weekend of historical reenactments: knight combats, archery demonstrations, courteous jousts, and medieval dances.
Artisans offered their creations in leather, jewelry, and basketry, while traditional food and artisanal drinks delighted visitors. Children could try their hand at archery and illumination.
